I received this request from William:

I want to know what media would I need to bring back my aluminum mag wheels to there original natural look? I cleaned them up to get rid of yellow marks and oxidation. I stripped the clear coating off them and polished them only to destroy the original machined look. How can I return that duller look so I can clear them up and still maintain that more original machined look. I have access to a big cabinet bead blaster . Would appreciate any advise you can give me and where I could purchase whatever I need . Thank you, william

If you want a dull look like matt grey, then I suggest a wet glass bead process. Here's a video to show the difference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O-rSJHjaWoE

and then anodized protection
