I would like to know if unsymmetrical setting of the Almen strip will affect the intensety. I mean that there is shaded areas but thay are not even on the strip.
Is there a spesification thet demends symmetrical shades?

I don't understand your question. What do you mean by "shaded" areas on the strip? The strip is supposed to be uniformly and completely covered by the peening treatment. Can you supply an image of a strip you are referring to?

I mean Shaded by the boltes that hold the strip.

The un-peened area underneath the bolt heads can be ignored. These areas do not have to be peened and will be shaded. This is standard practice, nothing to worry about.
