Dear All,

Can anyone comment on the effect of number of blades on the performance of blast wheel; considering both peening and blast cleaning processes.

Currently there are a variety of configurations available from 4 blades to 12 blades per blast wheel but not much information is available on which configuration is suitable for which application.

Any information/comments from you will be highly appreciated.
