I am Nhan Do from Pioneer Drilling in Viet Nam.

My shot peening machine is currently using Magna Valve 578-24 for cast steel shot.

We would like to change material of shot to stainless steel shot. Which valve model we have to buy to use stainless steel shot.

Please advise us on this.

Thank you.
Best regards,

Hello Nhan, I apologize for the late reply. Can you tell me what type of stainless steel shot you would like to use?

The only stainless shot that the Magnavalves (and not all models) will only work with is stainless conditioned cut wire.

Please note that you can send product inquiries directly to EI at: [email protected]

Hi Joenat,

Thanks for your reply.

I would like to use stainless ball shot, not stainless cut wire shot.

My customer required on drawing S550 (Non mag type) so i think about stainless steel ball shot instead of cast steel shot.

Hello Nhan,

Unfortunately, we do not have model that will work with
stainless ball shot. You will have to find a different
method of controlling that media.
