I would like to know if it is necessary has instrumentation for measuring the media flow rate to qualify the process under the spec AMS 2430? If so what is the instrumentation needed for it. the media used is glass bead.

I am still new at this but I had the same question and found out that it was either do a manual calculation with pounds per minute or obtain a Magna Valve. So, I guess technically the Magna Valve is the answer.

Manual means may be used for some applications but a better approach is to use a media flow control system.
We have MagnaValves for both ferrous and non-ferrous media.
