I have one more question regarding to shot peening with CCW 17. Do you have any experience about the CCW17 and the alternative usage of CCW 17 instead of CW14 and S110?

One of the determinates of shot size is its ability to fit into small filet or radius. If all of these sizes fit then the next determination is the ability (mass) of the media to achieve the intensity you desire. Generally speaking the size of the media will have very small (if any) difference on your part as long as you have the correct intensity and achieve full coverage.

can we use cut wire as pressure blast in nozzle?
can u have any experience of pressure blast with cut wire as blasting media?
any data of cut wire related to pressure and its flow rate in use of pressure blast.?

we made one machine pressure blast machine with use of cut wire. so do u have any data please suggest us.
