i am trying to achieve a 6-8n intensity.
what type of nozzle should i use, air pressure
shot flow? my media is cut wire 12.

Typically you would use a 3/8" nozzle, 5-10 Lbs/minute media flow rate and air pressure of 50-75 psi depending upon blast hose size (diamaeter and length). These parameters will get you started. You will need to run Almen strips and produce saturation curves to verify that you have achieved the intensity desired.
