confused Something else I was needing to ask. Does anyone have any experience with plastic media? It seems to work in about the same timeframe as the ceramic. The surface finish is OK as well. We have currently only tested it in a manual blaster. I was hoping for some input before trying in the actual machine. What you think?

Plastic media is very light so you need to carefully regulated your flow and pressure for best results. You need to see a thin steady flow of media that you can see thru it but not to transparent.
Because plastic media is very erosive you need to carefully regulated your dust collector so the suction will not take the good media but still you can see clearly in to the cabinet. (check your dust collector dispenser for good media and adjust the dust collector)
