When we shot peen parts using steel shots we usually use peenscan to determine full coverage on the part but for glass beads do peenscan be applied,too?
I am refering to AMS-S-13165 specification.
In my years of glass bead i never did apply peenscan and also wonder whether that glass bead is able to remove the peenscan during glass bead peening.I am talking about .003 to .008N.
