I am an estimator working on a project which specifies shot peening on the internal welds of hot gas stoves. The specifications refers to a special paint called MEGUIN Megol-Grundweib which seems to be German. It is a measure to verify uniformity and extent of coverage on a shot peened area. It specifies that the shot peening will be finished after the paint has been removed completely.
Has anyone come across this before and if so was it using this product or something different.
