I have a customer that would like me to shot peen some impellers. The specification is 6 to 10 A intensity with 110 shot 125% coverage.

I would need to do this with a suction blaster. Can I acheive these results with a suction blaster?

I understand that I would need the Almen strips and fixturing to set up process parameters, but before purchasing this I would like to know first if it is even possible.

This might be difficult to get this intensity with a suction blaster. You might succeed if you have high air pressure and a very good nozzle design. see this link for nozzle performance:

I suggest you contact an equipment supplier for advice or have a job shop give you a quote.
