We are developing an interesting approach to predict the high cycle fatigue performance of shot peened (two methods are developed: deterministic and probabilistic).
It can be used to optimise the shot peening conditions.
Also, an interesting FE model to predict the effects of shot peening on the surface conditions is developed.
