Looking into this also and have a slightly different question... I was wondering how the annex should be interpreted?
I understand the specimens 2.2.6.1 (Plate), 2.2.6.2 (Angle), 2.2.6.3 (Hole). The specification then continues in the list with: Material, Steel, Aluminium.
Is it saying that there should be a Steel (180 - 300ksi UTS) and aluminium version of each of those three specimen (Plate, angle, Hole)?
or...
Plate, Angle, Hole (without material specified)
Steel (180-300ksi UTS), Aluminium.
My best guess is 3 x 2 (rather than 3+2) but I'm not sure from how it's worded.
