Another question from a student:

If there are two customers calling out the same size cast steal shot, but each with a different hardness (ASR vs ASH)... Why would the customer calling out the regular hardness shot object to using a machine with ASH adjusted to obtain the required intensity for the job?

If I knew who the prime was I might be able to help.
