How to peen the small hole with diameter is less than 6mm and depth is greater than 100mm or make cold expantion? Give you good advice and thank you.

You can use a small diameter rotating deflector lance to peen small ID surfaces that are deeper than they are wide. Here is a website that you can visit to get more details.

Thanks for Bill Barker's advice and I know many shot peening manufactures buy peening machinces from PTI. PTI shot peening machince is well-known to peen blade or engine parts in China and the specification of shot peening of aeronautical industry was made by me. I want to know the limited size of diameter of small holes which can be peened.
