OP Dr Peener Administrator Joined: Jan 2005 Posts: 35 Mishawaka Indiana, USA	Dear Sir/Madam, A customer of mine wishes to Shot Peen a Substrate of Bisaloy for the purpose of Relieving Stress and Strengthening the Weld around a Large Ship Rudder. The client has no reference as to the Peening Intensity required. Is their a formula for this? Also can you Peen for too long a period and in fact weaken the join?
