Hello everybody,
I have a question about the peening time. Is a peening time of 30 minutes normal time for shot peening of an aluminium part with nearly sizes of 15 cm. x 8 cm. x 2 cm. or is it too log to peen such a part? and Is a nozzle speed of 200 mm/minute too low?
The machine is an air peening machine.
Parameters are as follows:
Intensity: 0.004
Shot: S230 Steel shot
Coverage: 100%
Nozzle distance 30 cm.
Is there any suggestion to shorten the peening time?
