Home Forums General Discussion Ask Dr. Peener Shot Peen, Roller Burnish or both?

I have a print that calls for shot peening all over per AMS-S-13165. The print also states to roller burnish 4 holes. My question is should the holes be roller burnished prior to or after shot peening? Or do you think the print is wrong and the holes should be plugged during shot peen?
