Intensity – 0.4 to 0.55 mm on ‘A’ Strip
Coverage – 100%
Shot Size – CCW-23
Shot Hardness – 610-670 HV1

Material of Gear - 20MnCr5
Case Hardening - depth 0.4mm to 0.7mm
Surface Hardness - 81 to 83 HRA
