OP DAV Member D Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 8	Hello all, I am process engineer in FAW China. Currently we are working on some orders for peening gears. But we have four kinds of media media in the customer supplied drawings. 1. ASH230 2. AWCH28 3. MI 230H 4. S230 any different of them? What is the meaning MI, is it steel shot?From the web, MI230 has R, H, what is the meaning? The hardness of gear is 58-62HRC, we need to get 1100MPA beyond the depth 10 micro.Which of media should be used? Regards, David
