The Shot Peener is pleased to announce that the recipient of the first inaugural "Shot Peener of the Year" award is Mr. Charlie Mason of Menasco Aerospace Ltd. in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. Charlie is Team Leader of the Shot Peen Department, which is one of Menasco's many Process Improvement Teams (PIT).
