The staff of The Shot Peener magazine is proud to award Michelle Bandini, General Manager of Peen Service, the 2009 Shot Peener of the Year award. Michele was chosen because of his extra efforts to understand the technical aspects of peening and, in particular, how hard carburized gears can be most effectively treated. He has continued to work with universities and other organizations to establish fundamental relationships between peening practices and peening benefits. Michelle has been an official trainer for Electronics Inc. for several years and always receives outstanding reviews for his presentation materials and delivery methods.
