StressEasy by sentenso is a software extension for user-friendly, residual stress analysis and automation with the X-ray diffractometer µ-X360s. The StressEasy communication module is based on a software interface to Astray, the standard software of the µ-X360s, which continues to run and can be called up in the background. The intuitive user interface is browser-based either locally or in a network. The software extension is used for simple residual stress analysis with the Pulstec µ-X360s X-ray diffractometer.
